  • Just so everyone knows, that is not how you make Kimchi. Sure, everything looks good because of camera and editing works. But behind all that beauty is an ugly truth. She is attempting to make Korean Kimchi and failing at it big time. She also tags it as Chinese Food. Failing to follow a proper recipe is forgivable and happens to everyone. Stealing an entire culture is not. She needs to make it clear that this was her own attempt at Korean traditional Kimchi. This is worse than saying “Taco Bell represents the true Mexican cuisine.”
